For membership in The Fountain City Art Guild
Jurying will take place twice a year during the Fountain City Art Guild meetings
held on February 27, 2012 and October 29, 2012. Applicants cannot be present.

Jurying Process:
Applications can be picked up at the Art Center or downloaded from our web site at:
www. fountaincityartguild.com
The application must be filled out completely and dropped off at or mailed to the Fountain City Art Guild. Please put Attention: FCAG in the address.
Three original pieces must be dropped off on Friday (February 24 or October 26, 2012) between 10:00 am. and 5:00 p.m. or on Saturday (February 25 or October 27, 2012)
between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. before the Monday meeting(February 27 or October 29, 2012).
Please have your name, phone number, and meduim on the back of each piece.
Pieces must be picked up on Tuesday( February 28 or October 30, 2012) after the meeting between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Limited to 2-D Art
Applicants will be notified by letter via US Postal Service or email about the results.

Presentation
