CALL TO ARTIST
For membership in The Fountain City Art Guild
Jurying will take place twice a year during the Fountain City Art Guild meetings
held in April and October (October 31, 2016 and April 24, 2017). Applicants cannot be present.

The application must be filled out completely and dropped off at or mailed to the Fountain City Art Guild. Please put Attention: FCAG in the address.
Potential members bring in three framed pieces to the Fountain City Art Center to be juried by the Guild members.
Please have your name, phone number, and meduim on the back of each piece.
Pieces must be picked up on Tuesday after the monthly meeting between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
No longer limited to 2-D Art. 3D Art must be quality fine art (not craft in nature)
Applicants will be notified by letter via US Postal Service or email about the results.
